Deposit Required
A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation, which should be made at least 30 days prior to your planned visit, and includes a non-refundable $10 handling fee. If using the online registration form, the deposit is due upon receipt of your confirmation letter. Please make checks payable to the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center. Credit Card payments are also accepted (VISA, Master Card and American Express).

Cancellation Policy
Upon request, refunds will be issued, less the non-refundable $10.00 handling fee, if notification is given prior to your scheduled visit.

Lunches
The Cultural Center has a Café on site with a limited amount of box lunches, including a sandwich, chips, cookies and piece of fruit, available for $7.25 and soft drinks for $1. However, the Cultural Center can not guarantee the availability of lunches in the Café. It is strongly recommended that groups pre-order lunches for $7.25 per person. Pre-ordered lunches include soft drinks, so you save $0.50 off each. Lunches must be ordered at least 5 business days before your visit with changes to menu and quantity accepted up to 3 days before your visit.
